Clementina Street Renovation 2014 / 2015

Provided all labour and construction components and site foreman for overseeing of all associated site works including subcontractors.

The clients are more than impressed with the time structure of this renovation, the outcome creates beautiful living spaces and sunny outlooks that offer a family friendly environment.

Project Value

$ 200,000
Additional Works (by client request):

The design concept was to open up the rear of the house to the large garden and to enable the flood of natural light to fill the space. This transformation saw an extension extend to the rear that houses a new family friendly kitchen and dining area that connects directly to the garden both physically and visually. Full height doors connect to the north and west on to external undercover entertaining areas and high level windows ensure natural light fills the space even on the darkest days. The old unused run down shed has been converted into a contemporary studio (which is currently being used as a Pilate’s studio) the area around the new studio was lowered creating a large paved entertaining area that wraps around the new extension.

Internal the existing dining/sitting room has been opened up with large glass doors and new joinery to create a family friendly living space. An old studio space has been recreated into a twisting maze of stairs to the lower level that access the newly created double garage.
