Break O Day Trade Training Centre


Construction of new training facility, including:

  • Aquaculture facility
  • Metal works
  • Mechanical
  • Agriculture (St Marys)
  • Professional Kitchen to suit 8 Chefs
  • Gardening and Landscaping

The building included the use of Danpalon around the external walls as a light source and Aluminium composite panelling as an exterior cladding. Inside features include extensive timber panelling.

Provided all labour and carpentry components and site foreman overseeing all subcontractors.

Additional variations (by client request): $892,400 - It should be noted that these Variations – as part of the BER Package – include, but are not limited to the Construction of the St Marys Trade Training Facility $490,000 including all additional farm works and landscaping and all machinery ordered for both facilities.

Construction Time

12 months
Extension of time: 2 months – due to Product rectification.
